Mal 4:1-3
"Surely the day is coming; it will burn
like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and that
day that is coming will set them on fire," says the Lord Almighty.
"Not a root or a branch will be left to them. 2 But for you who revere my
name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you
will go out and leap like calves released from the stall. 3 Then you will
trample down the wicked; they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the
day when I do these things," says the Lord Almighty.
NIV
There is comfort in knowing that
there is healing and joy at the end for those who have chosen to walk with God
and not against Him.
Healing is a need in these last
days because many sons of the kingdom can get bruised as a result of their walk
on the earth. Jesus said that because of the abundance of iniquity, the love of
many will wax cold. There is a day when all this will be over and there shall
be healing for those who endure and stay with the lord; healing for those who
even though it doesn’t seem they are doing the right thing staying with God,
continue and are grateful in all things.
There is going to be a distinction
between the righteous and the wicked.
A righteous person is one who has
chosen base his life on the truth; of God’s word
A wicked person is one who has
chosen to base his life on a lie; anything different from God’s word. It is the
wicked that will be judged and condemned.
Prayer: Father in heaven, I thank
you lord for the grace you have given me to access your presence. I pray that
you shine your light of truth in my life that I will never walk in darkness. I pray
that you help me in everything I do. In Jesus holy name I pray. Amen
