I have been wondering why many Christians in our time have not been able to walk in power (the kind of signs and wonders we read about in the Bible).
I recently got an understanding from God’s word that the reason is because we Christians are not making the will of God our ultimate priority.
The Lord mentioned it in the Scriptures that he was here on earth to do the will of God (John 4:34).
We know and understand God’s will as it is in heaven. There is no sickness in heaven, that's why Jesus healed the sick. There is no oppression in heaven, and there are no devils, so He delivered the oppressed. All He did was to establish heaven in the lives of those He came in contact with. We too should do as our Lord did.
Go into this week focused on doing the will of God and expecting to walk in signs and wonders.
Prayer: Dear Lord, help me to touch heaven and change the earth in your name. Amen.
